These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AcademiSis and any purchases you make through our website. By using the service or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

AcademiSis is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Maria Bekimbetova (ИП Мария Бекимбетова), registered in Uzbekistan. You are entering into a contract with this seller when you purchase an intensive or any paid offering.

By accessing or using AcademiSis, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful use, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, security interference, scraping, and any activity that harms other members.

AcademiSis owns all rights to the platform, brand, materials, and content provided as part of the service. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal academic purposes.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle Buyer Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated serious policy violations.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
